Salad "Olivier", aka "Russian" salad 🥗

This salad was invented in the 1860s by the French and Belgian chef Lucien Olivier, the chef of the “Hermitage” restaurant in Moscow. Very quickly, the new salad turned into the restaurant's signature dish.
“Olivier” salad is still one of the most popular dishes and is sure to become part of the traditional New Year's dinner.

Ingredients:

Potatoes 🥔
Carrots 🥕
Green Peas 🫛
Eggs 🥚
Sausage 🥓
Pickles 🥒
Mayo 🥣
Salt 🧂

All the ingredients should be diced and mixed. Then add some salt, peas and mayo 🥗
