La Rotisserie has an exciting new job opening. If you are outgoing, friendly and motivated in working in a vibrant atmosphere with a great team, this is maybe for you! Here are the details about the job.

You would be responsible for Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant:


_Coordinating the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
_Ensure the Food preparation flow & quality.
_Responsible of the customer relationship.
_Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s Policy & Standards.
_Advising customers on menu.
_Organising & supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting & cleaning staff.
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety.
_Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
_In charge of the cash drawers.


Requirements:
_Minimum 1 year related working experience required.
_Fluent English & Cantonese speaking.
_We provide on-job training, hygiene course, meals, purchase discounts.
_This position is 5 days per week with 15-day holidays included.
