A Kundalini Yoga class is quite unique to other forms of Yoga. It is built of Kriyas; systematic sets of repetitive movements, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and chanting of mantras. The Kriyas are tried & tested technologies used for thousands of years to build physical vitality & raise consciousness. The Kriyas that will be taught were designed to strengthen our bodies for the demands of the modern day; information overload, an onslaught of communication & media, conflicting family, health & work demands and pressure.
