"चुकौनी" (pronounced: Choo-Kou-Nee) aka. Potato Yogurt Salad is one of the most popular dishes from the Western Palpa region in Nepal. Tempered with mustard seed and turmeric it is a vegetarian & gluten-free side dish which also makes an excellent lunch salad.
