Prosperity bun (with chocolate crunchy bamboo basket) was created back in 2014 for a friend‘s mother’s 80th birthday celebration 🎊🥳
It is incredible to have this opportunity to contribute to such a celebration. Even though I do not know her mom, but I do know that the celebration is important. What we aim to do is hope to help make the event a little more joyful and memorable for the guests 😌

🍌Banana x Caramel 🍮

Signature brûlée top which is not just for the looks, but also for its distinct burnt and smokey flavour that balances of the sweetness of the cake. The banana and caramel intertwined to form a perfect harmony of flavours..

Just when you think that this might turn out to be a heavy cake, your first bite might be a little confusing, “how does it have such strong banana taste!”. And no, we did not use any banana essence or flavouring. Just your normal everyday banana at its best ripeness.
And just like that, your first bite is gone 🙈 for the rest of the experience you’ll discover it is packed with flavour, yet still light enough that you’ll probably want another piece 😉

A cut shot of the matcha chiffon with lava centre 🤩 as you take out the first piece, a wave of matcha lava sauce will flows out from the centre. Smear over the matcha cream covered matcha chiffon cake... YUM! Matcha overload! There is also a yuzu crunchy layer on the bottom to complement the above 😋
