According to ancient astrology, the first 12 days of the month of Aries, holds special spiritual significance. Each of the days represents a month of the zodiac and provides us with a unique opportunity to overcome our challenges. Irregardless of our birth sign, each one of us have aspects of each zodiac sign in our chart. The energy of each month therefore gives us the opportunity to transcend all that hold us back and propel us forward by tapping into the special energy of each month. These 12 days represent the seed level of what energy to expect for the next zodiac cycle, determining whether we liberate ourselves from all that enslaves us or continue to be held back from our true fulfilment.

Let’s focus on a unique spiritual tool: affirmations. An affirmation is the “act or an instance of affirming” and “the assertion that something exists or is true” (dictionary.com). Affirmations are especially powerful when spoken out loud to ourselves when we are centered and tuned into our hearts. It is a spiritual belief that words create worlds, for better or worse, so it’s in our best interest to be intentional with our words. Spoken affirmations are a tool we can use to align ourselves with the energy and consciousness we want to connect to and or draw in. The more we practice reaffirming positive affirmations, the more we remind ourselves of certain truths and awaken these truths within our soul, until our mind and soul completely accept these truths, acting in harmony with them.

How would you define intuition?
For me personally, it’s a ‘knowing’ that lies beyond my five senses. Something so illogical, it cannot be explained. Whether you’re like me (and hear voices) or get this “gut” feeling to take action (or in some cases not), it definitely requires some practice. Training it, like a muscle and using it regularly to strengthen the ability to truly discern it.

Welcome to the new month of Pisces or Adar (the Hebrew name from Kabbalistic Astrology). Pisces completes the astrological cycle that began with Aries. A water sign controlled by two planets Jupiter and Neptune. Jupiter is the planet of success, miracles, expansion of the metaphysical vessel and extension for our spiritual abilities. Neptune represents the abstract where there are no boundaries and limitations. It controls intuition, imagination, creativity and art. Providing us the ability to see and understand beyond our five senses.
People born in the month of Pisces are highly sensitive, emotionally vulnerable and have the strongest intuition of any sign. Deep thinkers both in intellect and inspiration, also having a gift of sensitivity towards others, to the point of experiencing their pain and suffering.
Pisceans also have a gift for mathematics, sciences and metaphysics often having the ability as psychics or clairvoyants.

A Sanskrit Prayer to start your day -
Today I’m inspired to share this beautiful Sanskrit poem by an Indian poet (4th-5th Century AD), it reminds me to make the most of each day and I pray it does the same for you.
All we ever experience is the present and yet our mind often presents to us the illusion of past and future. Herein lies the root cause of all our stress and anxieties. Plagued by nonstop electronic stimulation and the uncertainties of the times we live in, our nervous systems are on constant overload. Resulting in our brains consistently "set" on low vibrations and energy levels.
Thankfully, there are numerous ways we can transform this, raise our vibrational energy and find tranquility within.
A few practices that come to mind are: meditation and breathing exercises; yoga; walking in nature; immerse in a sound bath or an actual warm bath with your favourite essential oils; play your favourite music and dance it out; practice gratitude and finally one thing that always (without fail) brings in Light instantly into my being - doing an act of kindness ( A.K.A. sharing 💝)

ENERGY OF THE MONTH: LIMITLESS HEALING
Kabbalistic astrology reveals to us that the cosmic energy available to us in the month of Ta**us is one of healing, and a return to wholeness – a spiritual healing, beyond our physical limitations, a total revelation of consciousness.
Anytime there is a great infusion of Light, there is an equal potential for darkness, at times it can feel like a very difficult month full of heavy energy and challenges. So now that we understand what is happening, how can we move beyond the heaviness and connect with the available energy of healing?
By examining the nature of a Taurian, we can also understand what this month is asking of us. For those born (or know people who are born) in the month of Ta**us, you might agree that their number 1 goal in life is to be comfortable. And let’s face it – who doesn’t want comfort and security?

If a friend asks for help make a genuine effort to accommodate them, even if you feel it is an inconvenience.
Confront issues when they arise. Restrict the desire to flee from confrontation.

Aries or Nisan (in Kabbalistic Astrology) is the first month of the lunar year. Ruled by Mars the planet and the name of the Roman god of war, it is a month potentially filled with confrontations, battles, and antagonism. Kabbalah tells us that because of this, there is also a powerful force of miracles present in the universe during this month.
The month of Nisan offers us the gift of loosening the grip of our ego, allowing us to grow closer to the Light of the Creator. Aries is a time of freedom, of facing great obstacles and connecting to our inner courage to get through them. This is the perfect opportunity to embrace the painful things we’ve repressed over the years and clean out the emotional garbage.
