In 2015, Plateau’s 4,000-sq-ft Fitness Studio was completely refurbished and upgraded with the very latest cardio and weightlifting equipment, custom made for Grand Hyatt Hong Kong by American specialist Life Fitness. The 24-hour gym was reconfigured to create five separate training zones that cater to different needs.

Lined with rose-apple trees, the peaceful, Zen-like Courtyard features a series of outdoor seating area, which further leads to an expansive resort-style oasis, featuring a waterfall and free-form Pool and surrounded by lush landscaping. Heated to 28 degrees in the winter, the 50-metre pool is open all year round and offers views across Victoria Harbour.
