Priced at HK$598 per person, “Fête du Bifteck – Printemps” is a true feast, encompassing a salad, a soup, two appetisers, a main, two sides and a dessert. Other than putting our best effort in providing French-Japanese cuisines, our Pastry Chefs are giving their best in creating unforgettable desserts!
This time, we create sorbet from strawberry and perilla leaf and side with crispy cone filled with pistachio cream cheese, green apple and strawberry. To enhance the sour and rich flavour, it is best to pair with a glass of Yuzu sparkling wine!

In our latest set lunch menu, our Chef hopes to bring a twist on the simple street food, croquette, and includes it in one of our dish. By using red crab meat as filling and topped with extra crab meat and carrot kimchi sauce, you could taste the freshness from the sea in every bite of the crunch.
