We are looking for a preferably experience Quality Assurance Specialist to execute internal program processes. In a generally cross-functional role the successful candidate is responsible for completing various tasks to support the departments daily operations including internal policies and local regulations
This opening in San Pedro Sula, Honduras requires you to be able to work on site.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitor randomly chosen recorded calls, side-by-side and live monitoring with every assigned agent. Document according to assigned score sheets.
• Provide daily written and verbal feedback to Supervisor, PM and Operations Manager in regard to the monitors.
• Keep & track QA score of every agent, team and campaign.
• Trend, analyze, and provide weekly reporting on QA score per agent/campaign. Purpose of reporting is assessment of weak areas for supervisors to have action plans and improve their scores.
• Identify Top / Bottom performers. Identify the why’s of poor performance and help supervisors set weekly action plans to help them improve individual score. This is done with trainers as well.
• Provide supervisors and PM weekly feedback using a short meeting to highlight QA score trend and goals.
• When available, provide coaching sessions or refresher trainings to help improve their QA scores. Document according to assigned forms.
• Prepare weekly internal calibration sessions with Project Managers, Supervisors and agents. Document weekly findings and summarize to report to upper management. (If new campaign or needed).
• Prepare client’s Calibration calls as required. Document findings and report to upper management.
• Suggest to Quality Manager any additional training needed for the agents to reinforce any soft or hard skills. Assist trainers if needed.

Education / Experience / Credentials
• Min.6 months call center experience as a QA
• Min of High School
Competencies/Skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the Organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Must possess good organizing and communication skills.
• Ability to perform to expectations in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Solid Computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel

This opening in San Pedro Sula, Honduras requires you to be able to work on site as remotely.
The duties of the successful candidate will include but is no limited to the following:
• Monitoring of the live call queues to address outliers as soon as possible.
o Excessive break
o Excessive hold
o Lengthy calls
o Excessive wrap time
• Track, Analyze and report agent performance with reports
• Provide hourly and daily updates on service level performance
• Create, review, and manage Talk-off line schedules
• Manage and report daily bus figures
• Managing staffing for the program
o Following up with leaders to ensure needed information is provided
o Sending out opening and closing headcount updates to the client
o Manage employee information changes for to be sent to the client weekly
• Review of Login detail report to find negative trends in schedule and break adherence
• Review of call reports to identify outliers for
o transfers to various departments
o calls dispositioned with no accounts
o lengthy calls
• Other duties and assignments as directed.
Job Requirement
All candidates must have most if not all of the following:
• At least 6 months and/or 1+ year of contact center or related work experience
• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred)
• Any specialization – Finance, Business or Engineering degree preferable
• Good analytical skills: Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and can create, organize, and analyze data in a structured manner. Knowledge of MS Excel Business Intelligence features is required (pivot charts, pivot tables, etc…).
• Ability to work independently, Self-motivated, Professional Attitude, Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of leadership.
• Strong mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Schedule flexibility.
• Experience with WFM application (IEX, Verint, Genesys, etc) and Past experience with resource allocation, real time adherence and scheduling a plus.
• Is a quick learner and able to work well with minimal supervision

• Administration – Performance measurements will include adherence to IT standards and procedures including time recording, and asset management.
• Projects - Performance measurements will include implementation of project tasks on time with full functionality, adherence to project management methodology, adherence to documentation and procedures standards.
• Process – Performance measurements will include adherence to IT Support policies and procedures.
