"Beautiful spot to get away. Not too far from restaurants and bars and shops but also not too close to the noise. Cheryl was a great host. She was very welcoming and helpful, showing us around and gave us some local tips. She also responded quickly to anything we needed. Johanna and Mikhail were very sweet and served a delicious breakfast every morning. The room we stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Although we did not need room service, it was offered every day. The whole place was as described and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Very relaxing and serene. Either walk the beach picking up garbage with new & old friends, or bring your snorkel equipment and explore the bay while cleaning it up!

Here's our top 3 list of things TO do when planning your next trip.
And our top 3 things NOT to do:

✅Do:
1. Say YES! Just say yes to yourself, your family, friends and enjoying and living life while you can! Book your vacation now and work out all of the details later.
2. Listen to others who have traveled where you are going. Ask questions and read various responses to get a balanced view.
3. Be true to yourself. Planner? Do your research, book activities and create your itinerary. Prefer more spontaneous adventure? Book at least your hotel and let the rest happen one day at a time.

❌Don't:
1. Pack full every minute, or even every day of your trip. Allow time for relaxing and just enjoying the quiet moments.
2. Over pack. Most of what gets stuffed in suitcases winds up ignored while you wear your favorites that are comfy and versatile. Pack mix & match pieces that can be swapped out and easily go together to create new looks with less stuffing in your bag. Leave room for those fun purchases you might discover! Pack food for every meal. Sure, bring some things you know you can grab and eat in a pinch, but leave room for your taste buds to enjoy some of the local flavor!
3. Let the opportunities sink like the boat in this picture. Life is busy and hard. When you feel like you don't have any time for a vacation is likely when you feel like your boat is starting to sink and you might need one more than ever!
