It isn't so hot you could fry eggs in the sun, the sea is still warm and there are no crowds anymore.
In Omis you can choose whether to swim, bike, walk or hike by the Adriatic Sea, the Cetina River or surrounding hills.

Kamen, riba, maslinovo ulje, pisma, vino i marenda su neizostavni dio bilo koje dalmatinske konobe. Kao i šušur koji nastane kad je ispune 'judi. Moramo vam reći da nam je bilo neizmjerno zabavno doživjeti dalmatinsku tradiciju na ovaj način.
Za izvorno lokalno iskustvo i veselo ozračje zahvaljujemo Konoba "U našeg Marina", najstarijoj dalmatinskoj konobi u koju je nekada rado svraćala i ekipa TV serije „Naše malo misto“.

Možda u svijetu postoji još neki grad s toliko slikovitim ušćem rijeke u more, ali mi ga nismo uspjeli pronaći. U Omišu rijeka Cetina doslovno prolazi kroz sam grad te se nakon izlaska iz kanjona ulijeva u Jadransko more.
Prekrasne boje rijeke i mora, nekoliko stotina metara visoka brda i duga pješčana plaža, Omiš čine doista jedinstvenim iz bilo koje perspektive.

Final destination on food and drink tour with Ribafish was Omis Riviera.
PART 5: Restaurant Restoran Kod Mije is placed in Lokva Rogoznica 9 km away from Omis with view on the sea and island of Brac. Restaurant offers wide range of everything from the Adriatic sea like delious fresh fish, mussels, crabs, squid... Along with meet and other specialities of Medierranean cuisine and their own produced red wine.

Travel around Omis region and detecting its food and drink secrets with Ribafish led us further from the canyon to the north side of Omis Dinara hill.
PART 4: Konoba Kremenko is located 11 km from Omis in old Dalmatian village Svinisce famous for its good food and Flinstone-style interior design. This time we tried snails and mixed veal and lamb peka with extra added chicken just for me. The delicious treat was Kremenjaca, homemade almond and honey brandy and local white wine.
A special thanks goes to the owner who hosted us in his restaurant and this unique ambient.

PART 3: Kaštil Slanica is restaurant placed in romantic surroundings by the river and the Island of Love where we tried river specialities - frogs and eel along with homemade bread baked under peka, delicious walnut and cherry brandy and local wines.
Thanks to Filip and Jere we enjoyed our time in the canyon to the fullest.

Part 2: Restaurant Bastion, Omiš is placed on the main street of Omis. The owner Ivan Puljiz is eager to please any food preferences of seafood, fish, meat lovers and vegetarians. So, we were honoured to taste lightly steamed Noah's ark shell, eel from the Cetina river, monkfish, Omis-style octopus baked under peka and especially for me mouth-watering vegetarian pizza along with fine Dalmatian wines.
