Mnogo p**a ste nas upitali kako je moguće da tako dobar restoran ima tako loše ocjene?

Evo odgovora…. 80% naših “loših” ocjena dolazi s lažnih profila napravljenih isključivo i samo kako bi se nama dala “jedinica”. Svi profili imaju isključivo jednu, neki maksimalno dvije ocjene.
Znači stvoreni su samo da bi naštetili našem ugledu. Većina ih ima Poljski nazivnik iz čega se da zaključiti da su kupljeni na nekom Poljskom trolovskom site-u! I nažalost ništa ne možemo napraviti kako bismo iste uklonili… jer Google kaže ne krše pravila….iako su dali jednu ocjenu u 4 godine postojanja…. A TripAdvisor…. od toga smo odustali….

Nema veze, za dobrim konjem se prašina diže….
Kad nas nisu mogli pobijediti kvalitetom i uslugom, pokušali su negativnim marketingom, odgovarali vlastite goste od dolaska kod nas, preporučavali konkurentske restorane kilometrima udaljene, ponosno se naslikavali u istima…znamo sve… ljudi - vaši turisti, naši dragi gosti nisu majmuni i kažu nam…
Kad ni to nije uspjelo…. kupuju se trolovske recenzije….
Znamo…. smetamo Vam…. boli Vas naš uspijeh… mi smo svake godine sve bolji i jači… i bit ćemo još bolji, još veći i još jači… a vi dragi naši… bacite se pod autobus….

Restoran Val Mimice – još uvijek jedini restoran u Mimicama

Dear friends and guests,

Many times you have asked us how is it possible that such a good restaurant has such bad reviews?

Here is the answer…. 80% of our “bad” ratings come from fake profiles made solely and only to give us a “one star”. All profiles have only one, some a maximum of two ratings.
So they were created just to damage our rep**ation. Most of them have a Polish name from which it can be concluded that they were bought on a Polish troll site! And unfortunately there is nothing we can do to remove them… because Google says they don’t break the rules… .although they gave one rating in 4 years of existence…. A TripAdvisor…. we gave up on that….

It doesn't matter...

When they could not beat us with quality and service, they tried negative marketing, persuaded their own tourists from coming to our restaurant, recommending competing restaurants miles away, proudly taking photos in them… we know everything… people - your tourists, our dear guests are not monkeys and tell us …
When that didn't work either…. troll reviews are bought….

We know…. we bother you…. you are hurt by our success… we are getting better and stronger every year… and we will be even better, even bigger and even stronger… and you dear ones… throw yourself under the bus….
