Chef Tino believes in using only local and seasonal products from the market and nearby farms 🌱

Therefore, El Bugadur will offer a set menu which will vary depending on the market’s offer.
The menu will have seven courses and will combine the Mediterranean savour with Istrian flavors.

Meet Tino Terlević - new face of El Bugadur!

Tino’s passion for the kitchen started at a very young age and after his schooling he rapidly moved from one top restaurant to another until working as a Sous Chef in a Michelin star restaurant for the past four years.

He is now a confident and creative young chef willing to amuse with new and exciting dining experiences!
He strongly believes in using exclusively fresh and local products in an innovative way.

We cannot wait for you to try and immerse yourself into Tino’s culinary world 🥂
