When is the right time to hire a ?

Today, our CEO Darko Jovisic shared his first-hand experience on the topic 🦾

"Often, clients ask when is the right time to start automating their business processes and when can they expect the . However, the answer is a bit more complex, but there are some turning points to keep an eye on.

Some indicators, for example, are when clients recognize that it's time to scale their business, relieve their employees from mundane activities, and give them more value-adding tasks. Another indicator is an increase in back-office personnel, task volume, administrative work, etc.

In fact, the higher the repetition and frequency, the faster the ROI.

Moreover, has other benefits, too - not only does it increase efficiency, but also employees' happiness, as they finally feel like they're adding more value to the company.

Considering doesn't get people fired (on the contrary, employees usually get promoted), it's a win-win situation, both for the company and its employees. "

One of the components of our is HQ, a central place for efficiently managing robots and processes, which has to be available and scalable at all times. We achieved that by implementing into our infrastructure.

Yesterday, our Development Team Lead and CO-Founder Ivan Belas had an opportunity to speak at the Advanced Technology Days and share our experience and best practices 🦾

Employees in BDO Austria used to spend up to TWO days per employee manually generating 30-50 reports from their system.

They hired a new and increased the efficiency by 67%, with $220.000 annual operational savings.

We don't have a table-tennis, amusement parks in our backyard, or other similar benefits. However, we're a highly motivated team of 15, ready to help each other whenever needed. And we know how to have fun (ask anyone in ZICER).

Who knows, maybe one day we will have an amusement park in our backyard, but for now, we're happy with team buildings we organize (i.e., a 4-day trip on Brač, Hvar, Vis & Split)
