Kao i svakog listopada, moj veliki prijatelj i učitelj dolazi u Zagreb.
Facebook event dolazi uskoro.
When I met Rich some three years ago, I didn't even dream of having him and his best instructors on the Island.
The training became the lifestyle, the group became the family and the idea became reality.
I won't mention names, I will just say thank you to everyone who contributed in making this happen.
It is not just about the combat system...it is about becoming a better version of yourself.
I trully feel blessed to be a part of these fine gentlemen who motivate me to work hard and always improve.

A while ago I had a discussion with Coach Cotterill about impact training and benefit of different targets according to their characteristics such as size, movement and density. We talked about car tires, bags, bob dolls, rope wrapped objects, balls etc.
When we talked about bag, Coach said it's a game changer in developing power and guys, I have to tell you it trully is.
An absolute must for anyone who is trying to supercharge their body mechanics 😉💪
I strongly recommend an Indian movie Dangal.
Beautiful story about wrestling, power of belief and persistence.
