To give significance to two aspects of life, existence and intelligence, in ancient times they personified them as Shiva (existence) and Shakti (inteligence). The marriage of Shiva with his inborn Shakti (Nija Shakti) is the all-time reality of eternal life because Shiva without Shakti is a Shava (death co**se).
Today's celebration of Maha Shiva Ratri is to remind us of the importance of the full unification of existence with its intelligence for awakening and living the full value of life.

What is the quality of the unification or marriage of Shiva and Shakti,to that extend existence is alive and expresses its true nature, which is Sat Chit Ananda, eternal bliss consciousness.

Our regular Zoom yoga practice is on Monday and Thursday from 19:30 to 20:30.
This is ongoing regular practice of yoga.
Each meeting will allow you to systematically advance in the
practice of asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyan and yoga nidra.

simple English language.

This summer, we invite you to join the REFRESH KNOWLEDGE - Yoga Retreat on Island Krk from May 27 to June 14, 2024.
It is a 17-day immersion in the heart of nature, offering a unique opportunity to revitalize your practice, deepen your knowledge, and live in a yogic routine for 17 days.

This retreat is an integral part of our international teacher training program - IYTTC, but it welcomes all who have a need for deeper knowledge of yoga and meditation.

Who Can Participate?
This retreat is designed for individuals who have already attended teacher training or are in teacher training, seeking refreshment of knowledge, or eager to learn more and enjoy a serene retreat. It's also suitable if you need inspiration for your final thesis or require additional hours to complete your education.

By participating in this retreat, you will gain a clear experience and a complete understanding of true traditional knowledge of yoga with reference to ancient yogic literature and recent medical discoveries. For all of you who started education for a yoga teacher with me, this seminar will be counted as 150 hours of education.

We have a daily yogic routine with a full day of lectures and practice, but also some free time for walking or swimming.
