Last two days we were in Sweden for an exchange of best practices between political integrity leaders from conservative, social democrat, green and liberal political parties from Southeast Europe. The event was organized in partnership with National Democratic Institute, Olof Palme Center and the European Network of Political Foundations.

That is a wrap on the LLA-C for 2022. The IEC thanks our partners at VVD International for supporting and coorganizing yet another succesful talent development academy for young liberal politicians from Croatia.

That is a wrap on the Liberal Expert Lab 2022 - Campaigning Masterclass. Thanks to all of our trainers for the valuable sessions on data, storytelling and canvassing as well as our hosts in Budapest this weekend Momentum Mozgalom and SFP for the previous session in Helsinki.

We have hosted the 2nd session of the Liberal Leadership Academy - Croatia 2022 in Zagreb with alumni from the 2021 programme. The workshop enabled participants to learn more on liberalism and practice debating and social media communication together with experts from VVD. VVD International

This weekend we are in Helsinki for the Liberal Expert Lab - Campaigning Masterclass with campaign managers from 10 liberal sister parties. The event is organized together with D66 Internationaal and VVD International and support of the data unit of the ALDE Party – Liberals and Democrats for Europe. Our new publication on Violence against Women in European Politics with the European Liberal Forum is out. This report authored by Jasmina Mršo aims to explore and address the nature of violence against politically engaged women in Europe, their perception of societal and institutional protection against such violence, and most importantly, potential tools for properly raising awareness and tackling the issue.

This weekend the International Educational Center contributed to the amazing The Alliance Of Her summit organized by ALDE Party – Liberals and Democrats for Europe, European Liberal Forum and the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit in the Grande Abbaye de la Ramee.

The IEC organized a Violence against Women in Politics report launch which was developed based on a survey and structured interviews in which participated political practitioners from all across Europe. The report, authored by Jasmina Mršo, international officer of Naša stranka, is being finalized and will be published soon. Stay tuned!

That is a wrap for the Liberal Leadership Academy - Croatia 2021 which is organized together with VVD International. This year, we trained 9 young liberal leaders from Croatia on personal storytelling, campaigning and public speaking. That is a wrap on the European Liberal Forum Regional Policy Network 2.0 project! This weekend we organized a 2nd session of the policy negotiation training with a focus on real-life experiences and the EU level policy development. Thanks to our trainers Maarten, Lydia and Andrew and our partners at VVD International and D66 Internationaal !

Another great ELF training done! This weekend together with VVD and D66, we organized a European Trainers Academy training for experienced international trainers who were able to share their experiences of successes and f**kups with their peers across Europe. The 2nd day of the program in Zagreb started with the question "What does political integrity mean for us?" We are happy to have John Lovdal from the The Oslo Center with us today. ENoP Eu, National Endowment for Democracy.

Today we hosted an excellent workshop on political integrity in Zagreb for representatives of political parties from Southeast Europe. The event is organized together with NDI and ENoP.

This weekend we are in P**a for the 2nd session of the Liberal Leadership Academy - Croatia, a project implemented together with the VVD International and aimed at training the next generation of liberal politicians in Croatia. Thank you to IDS - Istarski Demokratski Sabor for the support in organizing the event.

This weekend we are in Warsaw at a European Liberal Forum event dedicated to training new liberal trainers. They will be able to practice skills and test theories learned at the ELF's state of the art eCourse on training methodologies in the company of their peers. D66 Internationaal VVD International

Thats a wrap for the European Liberal Forum Regional Policy Network event in Zadar. Through the weekend, participants practiced policy negotiations through a series of simulations and exchanged negotiation stories from their rich personal and political experience. We wish them the best of luck in their liberal work and hope to see them soon for another round of training.

This weekend we are in Kranjska Gora organizing an intermediate level training of trainers within the scope of the ELF's European Trainers Academy. The event will be an opportunity to exchange experiences in intercultural communication and hone skills of our liberal trainers in improvisation. VVD International D66 Internationaal

Thats a wrap on an excellent ELF conference on Violence against Women in Politics in Sarajevo and Zoom! The conference gathered a 100 participants from across Europe and the United States in productive discussions on gender based violence and ways of combatting it. Thank you to our partners European Liberal Forum, National Democratic Institute and Olof Palme International Center for their cooperation in organizing this event.
