Rendezvous s paraolimpijcima u Fortenova grupi ❤️

Uoči Međunarodnog dana osoba s invaliditetom koji se obilježava 3. prosinca, Fortenova grupa sklopila je suradnju s HPO-om na nedavno pokrenutom projektu „Rendezvous s paraolimpijcima“ i stekla status prijatelja hrvatskih paraolimpijaca na putu do Pariza 2024. Stoga je prvi „čvenk“ dogovoren upravo sa zaposlenicima Fortenova grupe, koji će kroz posebno osmišljen program biti u prilici osvijetliti svoje stavove, paradigme i potencijale (ne)uključivanja osoba s invaliditetom u njihove svakodnevne aktivnosti i promišljanja. 🫶👏🤩

Oko 1️⃣5️⃣% stanovništva živi s invaliditetom, što ih čini najvećom manjinom na svijetu, ali kod rasprava o mjerama za poticanje raznolikosti i inkluzije na radnom mjestu, ta se činjenica zanemaruje. Naime, poduzeća su već dugo pokretači društvenih promjena i posljednjih je godina učinjen ogroman napredak prema raznolikosti i uključivanju, no samo 4️⃣% tvrtki u svojim inicijativama uzima u obzir i invaliditet*.
