This project has been a true labour of love, and a case of life's serendipity. Damjan Krajacic, a dear friend now, called me a few years ago to record the music of his late father Zoran, whom I've known from my times of being a high school student of guitar in Zagreb. A Night in Upper Town is Damjan's tribute to the memory of his dad, with literally all the pieces being world-premieres, since his opus was never before publicly played.

Important information to all of our Russian artists and account holders!

Due to the recent sanctions on Russian financial institutions, and subsequent policy changes put in place by our third party payment providers, we can no longer support royalty payments to Russian based account holders who are registered through Nota Bene Music Distribution.
Any existing Russian accounts will stay active in our system, tracks will stay up on DSPs, and any royalties currently owed to those account holders will be held in their account until such time as our third party payment partners can support these payments.

Whilst these payments are suspended, we will also be disabling the ability to create new releases for Russian account holders, to avoid accruing additional royalties in these accounts.
We are awaiting further updates regarding our capacity to receive royalties from Russian based DSPs (eg. Yandex, VK, Boom), however the payment of royalties from these services remains subject to the effect of sanctions on Russian financial institutions.

We understand this is a difficult time and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
