Hostel Mali Mrak Zagreb

Time for the once per year post. This is Flannigan, a common blackbird. He's been with us since a cat attacked his nest a week ago, last survivor. And there's a place in Zagreb that takes in even common birds, quite astonished at that fact! Wish him the best :)

It's the black flag today. Those of you that remember her, mostly older generation of travellers by now :), Natalija has passed away. Her works of art still grace the house and will continue to do so. You are remembered. Smooth sailing, wherever you are, dear lady.

One year goes by and puppies pop like mushrooms .) Spock is not full grown yet, but easily outpaces Fenris in size.

Goodbye quiet life, it's puppy time. Spock has booked permanent space here.

Well, there she goes, the old garage, as many of you have known it. I'm getting older :D and the house has always reflected my moods. We.. have an understanding. 25% complete, let's see when we reach the envisioned 100.

That gin tonic mess on the table

Days of future past: A friend of mine had this really nice idea to make a party in the hostel. But not just any party - a party with my favorite people throughout the years. To make a long story short, cause once you start thinking of the logistics and everything...yea...; if you're reading (this ad is paid for to reach only people who are connected to the fb page) this and for some reason you're around the area or can come in November to visit, we'll throw a proper party. Please message to inbox and keep in mind: 1. All lodgings are free, obviously. This is a party, reunion with dear friends, not a commercial gig. 2. Don't know really, you get the idea, come if you can/want, it will be glorious to see many of you again 3. In case this actually happens, space will be physically limited, i'm still not capable of extradimensional/spatial folding.

The September Sun

I have a full house of memories, gifts, mementos in all forms and shapes. There is so many of them that I don't have any space left to put them up. Some of them are so old they're wrinkled and faded and dried. I love every single one of them. But I've never seen one so...elegant. it is sealed with wax on the other side.

Small Mementoes, this time: Peter's traveling pipe. A memorable character, wrote some published stories in the Cthulhu mythos. Pete, you forgot your pipe :D

The most interesting profession we've had so far in 2021. and probably beyond: Captainess of a riverboat theater on the channels of France. Marvelous!
