On the first day, participants attended exciting lectures, including one led by our iOS Developer Rino Rodin, titled The Role of Integrity in Securing iOS Mobile Apps 📱. Rino also mentored and supported students throughout the competition, helping them develop solutions to the given challenge. 💡

Students showed great dedication and creativity in their work. It’s trully exciting to see the next generation of developers in action. Well done to all of them! 👏

🌍 ASEE Summit 2024 🌍

Recently, we gathered our talented teams from across ASEE Group for three inspiring events: HR Summit in Durrës, Marketing Summit in Split, and Finance Summit in Sarajevo.

During the summits, we focused on addressing key challenges, sharing insights, and finding practical solutions to enhance our work.

Outside of the sessions, we strengthened our relationships and enjoyed discovering the vibrant cultures of our host cities. ✨

After yet another pub quiz victory, "Fan klub Maria Marića" claimed their prize — an escape room adventure — and, of course, they crushed it, breaking out in record time! 🕒✨

Yesterday, our team took on the B2Run Croatia in Zagreb, facing rain and chilly weather once again! Despite the tough conditions, our runners gave it their all and achieved fantastic results. Well done everyone, we're proud of you! 💥

Luka Mićanović once again proved to be our fastest runner, achieving 52nd place in the individual rankings, while our company ranked 49th out of 317 teams! 🏅

One of the most cherished workdays of the year for our HR Business Partner, Iva Maksimović, is her visit to the amazing Crveni Nosovi klaunovidoktori team. ❤️

At this year's Radilica MeetUp in Zagreb, Mario Turčić, Business Analyst Team Lead from our Live team, captivated the audience with his presentation titled "Retrospective of Contact Centers - The Dynamic 15." Mario explored the evolution of call centers and the transformative impact of AI on customer service. 🚀

His insightful session highlighted key advancements in technology and emphasized the enduring importance of the human touch in customer interactions. Bravo, Mario! 🌟

Last month, we successfully concluded our participation in the pilot program Civic Scouts at Work, organized by THE CIVICS Innovation Hub. This program empowered our employees to become dynamic team players, equipping them with the skills needed to drive innovation and social responsibility within our company. 🚀🌍

Throughout the program, which lasted for several months, our team was deeply engaged in addressing sustainability issues and considering potential changes we could make. They carefully developed actionable proposals, which were presented to management at the program's conclusion. This initiative has significantly raised awareness about the importance of sustainability within our organization. Some of these ideas have already been put into practice, while others are being carefully considered for the future. 🌱💡

After an interesting lecture at the GoTalks meet-up, our Go Developer Kristijan Fajdetić got the opportunity to give a short lecture as part of the “Programming Language Go“ course at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. 🧑🏻‍🎓

Kristijan is also a student who has been part of ASEE for 3 years, so he gladly accepted this opportunity to introduce ASEE. He talked about student opportunities in our company, shared his valuable experiences, presented the Live 3.0 product he is working on, and discussed how we use Go. 👾

Last week, the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin celebrated the 15th anniversary of its alumni association, AMAC FOI. 🎉 We are really proud that our colleague Marina Mišetić, Technical Account Manager, participated in this celebration. 🎓 Marina, along with other distinguished FOI alumni - professionals with exceptional careers in the IT sector, took part in a roundtable discussion on developing future skills, where they shared invaluable advice for the coming era. 💼💡🚀

May is , which creates the perfect opportunity to talk about this important topic! 🌟 We held three lectures during which we discussed what mental health actually means, delved into topics such as emotional intelligence and emotional self-regulation, and talked about the ever-present problem of stress and how we can manage it. As we wrap up this awareness month, let's remember that prioritizing mental health is crucial every day, not just during May. 💚

Mirta Šimunić, our Solution Sales Lead, shared her experience working in the IT industry with Women in Adria. Although she initially planned to stay at ASEE for just three months, she has now been with the company for 12 years. 🚀 Her fascination with security solutions and her passion for learning brought her from the worlds of art and economics into the IT sector, where she achieves exceptional results. We are extremely proud to have her on our team and look forward to her future successes!

Another Job Fair - another opportunity to connect with students, this time from Rijeka.
