glass murals
Single sheet of glass with 6 layers of mysterious design.
Monochromatic blues without black paint make the color become an attribute.
Panoramic composition cuts as wall panels can run up to 400 m2 each.
The slabs can be applied in 3 different ways such as the tables.
Translucent or backlit, mirror and refractive metallic artworks.
Colourless yet light brings out millions of colours in well outlined tonal schemes.
Cutting a panoramic composition to tile sizes making it architecturally more applicable might broke some clichés in order to let paintings shapeshift for your use.
They can be installed in order as well as in random order.
Dramatic details analogue photoshop themselves spontaneously.
I made a detailed landscape in grisaille, large in mural scale.
Sliced it up and tuned to infinite amounts of strictly regulated iterations.
The attributes qualify them as limited edition fine art pieces.
The process of deconstruction of the art itself as the subject of architectural thinking probably destroys the prestige to set the authentic values free.
Enjoy my .

It's fun to give light such an opportunity to bounce around.
Metals such as silver plates were always a medium for painting and became the most common in the eastern iconography.
Due to its reflective properties they were likely applied in sacral architecture but I guess a little less frequently than stained glass.
Paintings on silver plates and stained glass got to be transformed to an updated architectural medium available for all.
And you can see that the painting for the glass dome was being made this time.

Il tauro della querra, charcoal drawing on fiberglass paper 2022 / 100x145-cm
Today's adaptation for Goya's Los desastres de la guerra series from 1810.
We got the disasters of war linked to the bullfight in context of the economic warfare we found ourselves zipped in.
Being way far from the Minotaur myth culturally transferring the bullfight into a self-destructive whirlpool of materialism.
The bull was brought out to light from his cavern labyrinth and manifested in Manhattan by another artist in 1989 - Modica.
You will find memories of some glossy towers and fragments of other things after the details of the rampaging beast shown here.

Composition has been developed together with local authorities and architect firm.
Visual planning took about 6 months in conversation with architect firm and local government office for protected historical monuments
After the larger oil painting was made following the approved final visual plans the process of production designs took place. Each glass sheet has different irregular shape. The frame’s structure was modelled carefully to make sure all elements will be made to it’s custom shape.

Respecting Kubrick so much I couldn't avoid to see his unbeatable visions of future when these structures started to project an animation, floating inwards a three dimensional urban landscape.
Luckily the glass painting tops add some picturesque livelihood to this. Balancing out the illusion of the monumental machines we are living in.
Enjoy the hexagonal cut, coated, concrete mash bar tables with the diversity of their paintings.
I might will name them Cuberick bar tables...
Art of understanding became the best tool to achieve plain and authentic design for a risky situation.
The reconstruction of an originally remade style from an era of romanticism happily free from the concept of mass devastation of the upcoming 20th century was supposed to be a design rabbit hole to get stuck in.
Design paradigm concept for architecture.

We do no copy. We understand the original and build the new applying the ancestor's system taken care with respect.
Iterations from historical to contemporary.
By recovering the ruling principle of the original architecture's geometry and ornamentation we became able to regenerate technically anything for the reconstruction works.
From floorplans through surfaces to signage the same ratios were built in to make everything in the 28000 m2 related but freely diverse.
The patterns morph from authentically made historical to contemporary deconstructive throughout the whole institution's five well divided functional blocks.

Cabramaquia, charcoal drawing on fiberglass paper 2022 / 100x144cm
Actualization or simply homage for Goya's bullfight series, the Tauromaquia.
It is a little less fun and more political I guess...
Due to the replacement bull alias goat is pointing at your face ("I want you..."), an eagleish one is biting off who knows what and some human resources holding the monstrous beast by its feet above their heads maybe queueing to join some army the piece can not be considered overwhelmingly funny.
