It’s one of our favourite exercises with elastic band. This tool is a great way to challenge your body and improve your stability.

✨ By using the elastic band, you can focus on engaging your muscles and improving your posture. Not only does this help with balance, it also stretches and strengthens your muscles! Plus, it's a fun and effective way to add variety to your ballet workouts.
