..is how Mykhailo Kuchirka describes the mutual support in . Mykhailo had to flee from Ukraine just a few months ago and found employment at ProLicht. Currently, the trained electrical engineer is mainly working on pylons for Dacia . Mykhailo gets along excellently with his colleagues from the production team. On the group picture, Kai, Maik, and Waldemar are shown. 👨‍🏭

What now? "I look forward to improving my German and developing further in my job," says Mykhailo. ProLicht now employs four people who have fled from Ukraine and Afghanistan. A few weeks ago, the hildesheimer-allgemeine.de was on site and wrote an article about our colleagues.

We met the candidates through a speed-dating initiative together with the Arbeitsagentur Hildesheim and the local Job Center. "We are urgently looking for skilled workers," says Managing Director Andreas Janzen. "Finding four people all at once was a real stroke of luck!" 🍀

Kevin quickly earned the trust of his trainers and was immediately given his own task: creating a "Dealer Presentation Package" (DPP) - for visualizing future outdoor signage - together with his fellow apprentice.

"Besides the pleasant work atmosphere and the great colleagues, I especially appreciate the varied work at ProLicht," says Kevin. "I can only recommend an apprenticeship with us to everyone." For an industrial clerk, it's mainly about developing and applying business expertise, but also about a professional appearance and friendly interaction with people.

There, we stock all the materials needed for the production of signage: from aluminum, films, paints, to acrylic glass in all sizes and colors. Our computer-controlled and intelligent systems enable us to access these materials efficiently at any time. On April 25, it was "Future Day" in Lower Saxony! Of course, was on board. Julia, Antonia, Lea, and Lukas got some hands-on insights in Hildesheim. The four also got to create their own signage - the initial letter of their name. The result is impressive. 🌟

3D Printing: Versatile and Resource-Efficient 🌳

More than 15 3D printers are now in use at the ProLicht Group. The major advantage: we can produce complex shapes accurately, swiftly, and with a minimum of material waste. Custom sizes and the use of your preferred material can also be accommodated with ease. 🌟

The Gate to Beer 🍻

Right here we enter the brewhouse of the Einbecker Brauhaus brewery. Beer tastings take place here as well. 😋 The illuminated portal is made by : consisting of green acrylic glass, with an integrated Einbecker logo. For the traditional brewery (since 1378), we have taken care of the design, production, and installation of the portal. 🛠️

New look for the Audi dealerships 🌟

In 2017, we started equipping the Audi dealerships with signage - since 2021 in their all new design. We are pleased about our trusted partnership with the German premium manufacturer. New look for Autohaus S+K - Renault; Dacia in Buchholz, Germany: The signage for Renault 🚗 was updated to the latest standards by , and new ones were crafted for Dacia. A few weeks ago, we also handled the professional installation of all pylons, facade signs, and wayfinding systems. Now both brands shine in a new light – during the day and at night ✨.

New exterior facade for the Ambergau Pharmacy in Bockenem! 💡 has manufactured all illuminated letters and the well-known pharmacy signs. Through the skillful use of LEDs, an aura effect is created, ensuring optimal visibility from the main street, even now as it gets dark earlier again. 🌙

Renault Dacia

A beautiful classic! 😍 has taken an old beaten up 🏎️ Ferrari sign, and completely refurbished it. We revamped the outer faces by re-coating, changed the letter faces and upgraded the illumination 💡inside each letter. The sign was installed in the Ferrari garage of major Ferrari retailer, HR OWEN , at their headquarters in Hatfield, UK.
