NUBU x ISTVAN DUKAI SS25 collection
The inspiring artist of Nubu’s 2025 spring-summer collection is István Dukai, a Hungarian visual artist and graphic designer. His art is characterized by geometric lines and constructivism. The minimal style elements easily draw a parallel with NUBU. For us, the design process was exciting, particularly the way István creates his works and the surfaces he uses. These were the details that we incorporated into the design. The pieces of the collection were complemented with elements where the mentioned artist personally created artworks on the textiles. The collection is characterized by raw monochrome color usage and the combination of soft natural materials with stiffer textiles.
