A Microcosmos Events DMC BUD bővülő csapatába project managert keres. Ha otthonosan mozogsz a rendezvények és/vagy a beutaztatás világban, kívül-belül ismered Budapest MICE termékeit, folyékonyan beszélsz nemcsak angolul, de az ügyfelek nyelvén is, és onnan jól tudsz fordítani, akkor itt a helyed.

Feladatok:
• Kapcsolattartás külföldi ügyfelekkel
• Kapcsolattartás alvállalkozókkal
• Incentive programok és konferenciák kreatív programjának összeállítása
• Prezentációk készítése, megtartása
• Program- és árajánlatok, valamint szerződések összeállítása
• Rendezvények, programok teljeskörű szervezése és lebonyolítása
• Riportok, elemzések készítése

Elvárások:
• Min. 2-3 éves DMC vagy rendezvényszervező ügynökségi/releváns ügyfél oldali tapasztalat
• Jó kommunikációs készség, tárgyalás szintű angol nyelvtudás
• Precizitás, jó szervező-, és problémamegoldó készség
• Rugalmasság és magas terhelhetőség
• Nyitottság és tudásvágy

A Maresz - Magyarországi Rendezvényszervezők és -szolgáltatók Szövetsége idén is meghirdette a Flash Award Hungary-t, melynek célja, hogy elismerje az év legFLASHebb, legkreatívabb, legszínvonalasabb munkáit és bemutassa a rendezvényszakma komplexitását. Idén 11 kategóriában lehet nevezni és pályázatot beadni, legkésőbb március 28-ig.
