After drawing a mushroom and a frog yesterday, today I had to create a snail and a frog as well. My sons’ symbols at preschool are the 🍄 and the 🐌, and they always keep me accountable.

This summer, I visited quite a few campsites, and each one was such a magical experience that I was inspired to draw the impressions I gathered there. I'm planning to create riso prints from these illustrations, and hopefully, they'll be ready for the Makers' Market on August 25th! ⛺✨🌲 Let's meet there!

🐌 My youngest one turned 3 today. Since his baby days, he's been sleeping with a white whale, and his sign at kindergarten is a snail, which perfectly aligns with Julia Donaldson's 'The Snail and the Whale.' The story revolves around a little snail yearning to travel and see the world, luckily picked up by a kind-hearted whale, allowing the snail to explore far-off lands. That's why I gave him this ex libris. He's very happy about it, and I pray for its meaningful use. 📚✨ Happy Birthday Marci! 🐳
