New project go live is a big thing – not to mention when it’s a major one with 5️⃣0️⃣ local and several remote team members! This April we have successfully taken over support of our prestigious new customer, a multi-national law firm. We have started interviewing for the 50 open positions back in September 2022. Out of almost 300 profiles scanned, we have conducted 156 interviews and selected the best 50 candidates for the different roles. The team has spent countless hours with planning and executing the different stages of ramp up, from arranging the physical seats and infrastructure; through screening and hiring; to training, knowledge transfer and shadowing. Thanks for everyone who was the part of this big adventure. 🙂👏

Even with all the perks of working from home, there can be a lot of good reasons to come to the office. One of these is our quarterly team meeting, where we regularly get together for pizza, networking, meeting our most recently joined colleagues, celebrate achievements with performance awards, and hear about how the different projects are doing.🍕

Venkat ended the season with in the club league as a player of Albatross Cricket Club.

😊Kata and her team have just returned from a business trip to Germany, where both serious discussions and great fun were on the agenda. Luckily the team sent a few pictures home. Travelling to customer locations has always been integral part of our lives, although in the past few years Covid has restricted us to the most vital trips only. As life returns to normal, we are glad to see our customers face to face again, either in our Budapest office or at their location.

Happy International Women's Day! We are proud to have such a talented and diverse group of women working together towards our common goals. Their unique perspectives and experiences make us stronger. Because a diverse team is always a stronger team. Thank you!🌺

Donuts in the office, a few frames of bowling after work, a good dinner and sharing stories over a few drinks – or as Brigi and her team calls it: a Wednesday. Here at Cognizant we work hard and play hard, but most importantly love spending time together.

One of our newest and biggest projects is going live soon with 50 team members, who will support a multinational law firm present in 26 countries worldwide as part of the “Magic Five”. We can barely contain our excitement as the go live date approaches. While the team will mostly work from home, we will also spend a few days in the office, so we have spent a day practicing for that, with coffee, lunch and fun included as integral part of our daily work.
