Pollo in porchetta hails from the Umbrian region of Italy; now available on our menu. 👌

We have new dishes on the menu 🤩 like this Gnocchi alla Romana, a classic Roman dish hard to find outside of Rome. Made made with semolina flour, parmesan cheese, milk, and butter. The dough is then cut into disks, layered in a pan and baked in the oven. Serious Italian comfort food.
