Requirements:
* Fluent in English Both Writing and Speaking
* Minimum Bachelor Degree with Marine Major
* Minimum related experience minimum 1 year
* Understanding of STCW requirement for Seafarers

Job Descriptions:
* Assist overall recruitment and recommend candidates for Officers and all Ratings positions.
* Coordinating recruitment and selection process and pre-screening, through interview, computer-based assesment and recommend qualified candidates.
* Assist the process of recruitment applications for all Officers including cadet's intake postion.
* Responsible to ensure all candidates are fully qualified, certified prior to recruitment process.
* To verify all seafarer personal details before recommending recruitment process, this include national and flag state documentation for the type of vessel that the candidate is intended for and compliance with Company's SOP.
* To verify and ensure compliance of all recruited seafarer documentation
* Responsibility for keeping personal records of new apporved applicants that have not been employed.
