One of the biggest easier
said than done of today is
“ Don’t care/ worry about
what people think of you”

Let’s face the honest fact here.
No one will ever never care or
worry about what people
think of him/ her.

We literally live every second
of our lives doing everything
we can to be able to received
or accepted well by people
around us if not the world.
—
For example: when you
wanna travel on a flight,
you figure out on the way
to the airport that you’ve
forgotten your passport
and you know the immigration/
customs will perceive you as
stupid, ignorant or careless
or even mental unwell if you
show up and tell them “Yoo I
don’t have a passport and I
don’t care, give me a pass
or I’ll start screaming “ yeahhh
right there is not caring about
what anyone thinks but you
won’t do that, instead you’ll
find away to get your passport
along so that you can
respectfully pass.

Often times we make up
stories in our head about
what people we just passed,
talked to, smiles at, looked at
etc think of us. It’s part of our
being as humans. No one can
change that no matter how much
you brag that you don’t care.

HOW TO BE ON THE BRIGHT SIDE.

So, If you think of yourself as a
rich prince and t when you start
living like a reach prince, even if
people knew you are broke ass af,
but you keep believing your
prince-hood and loving it,
sooner or later those people
will subconsciously and then
consciously start seeing
you as a prince.

So if you’re thinking you’re
a lazy fat ass, or skinny toothpick,
and because of that no one will
ever like you or appreciate or
adore you, ofcourse you’ll start
loving that way and the reality
will be no one will appreciate you,
or adore you or like you because
you just haven’t set those tones
for yourself.

Start embracing where you
are right now while improving
daily to become even a more
elegant version of yourself.

YES in the sense that
if you love & enjoy
doing cardio and you
are consistent with it,
sure thing, go ahead
and get it, you are
wining just by putting
in the work already!

NO Ain the sense that
when you do only Cardio,
you’ll certainly be loosing
fat but MUSCLES along with it.
And the goal is not just to lose
weight in a general senses.
The goal is to lose unhealthy
fat weight & replace it with
lean muscles weight!

That’s where strength
training and weight
exercises come in.
It insures that the
weight you’re losing
is more fat than muscles
and that’s one of the
major objectives of
lifting at the first place.

So should you wanna
lose weight faster,
incorporating those
two is the best chance
on the side of exercising.

The way I do it is if I
train 5 days a week,
I do one day of just
cardio, the next day
just weight/ strength
training. If I train 2 days
a week, I do full cardio
on the first day and only
full strength on the
second day and repeat.

This way my mind is at
peace knowing the
schedule is super
simple and my body
have enough time to
rewind and recover
fully which contributes
to better results.

Though the actual cause
of this particular hormonal
imbalance is unclear here
are some suggested factors
to look out for which may
cause or increase chances PCOS:
•1) EXCESS INSULIN:
Insulin is the hormone
produced in the pancreas
that allows cells to use sugar,
your body's primary energy
supply. If your cells become
resistant to the action of insulin,
then your blood sugar levels can
rise and your body might produce
more insulin. Excess insulin might
increase androgen production,
causing difficulty with ovulation.

•2) LOW -GRADE INFLAMMATION:
This term is used to describe
white blood cells' production
of substances to fight infection.
Research has shown that women
with PCOS have a type of low-grade
inflammation that stimulates
polycystic ovaries to produce
androgens, which can lead to
heart and blood vessel problems.

•3) HEREDITY: . Research
suggests that certain genes
might be linked to PCOS.
* Excess androgen.
The ovaries produce
abnormally high levels
of androgen, resulting
in hirsutism and acne.

Mental security is completely
different from physical results.

Your body will develop
resistance to anything
that it’s been exposed
to for an extended
period of time.

So your strict dieting
will have you stuck at
some point and you’ll
end up finding it extremely
difficult to lose the weight
that made you start
dieting at first place.

Reason I talk about dieting
is because I like to look
beyond what everyone
else is looking at, I like
to see the actual issues
while most others are
busy painting the surface.

So I’ve seen that dieting
is one of the biggest issue
with the fitness industry today.
A lot of people have been mislead
into believing BS that shouldn’t
have been a big deal at the first place.

What solution am I suggesting?
3 things only👇🏾
•
1.) Seat back and require
your mindset into stopping
to believe that fitness is a
race instead of long marathon,
to stop putting every coin into
the box of quick results.
( Quick results in this field
can be fascinating and incredible
but it comes at a too expensive
cost such as your mental well-being)

2.) Exercise regularly, it doesn’t
have to at the gym or 7days a week
or 1-2hrs every session. It can be
From the comfort of your home,
2-3 times a week with body
weight or light weights, 20-45mins.
Yes that simple!

3.) Embrace mindful eating,
block off every kind of nutrition
/ diet plan out there, start eating
peacefully with the sole purpose
of nourishing your body and cells
not with the purpose of losing fat
only. Pay attention to every food
you put in your mouth and
understand how it affects
your energy level, mood,
state of being and digestion.

This is all you need as you enjoy your life!

Millions of people rely
on dietary supplements
for everything from
enhancing their s*x lives
to improving their athletic
performances. There is
essentially no systematic
regulation of the dietary
supplement industry, so
there is no guarantee that
any supplement will live up
to it’s claims. More important,
there is no guarantee that any
supplement is safe. Some dietary
supplements are probably safe &
effective if consumed according to
the manufacturers' instructions.

An example is the traditional use
of vitamin and mineral supplements.
Although the recommended doses
can improve a deficiency resulting
from a poor diet, megadoses can
have toxic effects. Because dietary
supplements are not regulated by the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA),
there is no guarantee that what is
stated on the label is actually in
the supplement.

Another thing to remember
is that majority of not all of
those supplements are being
found in our natural whole foods,
the same food these companies
& their payed influencers find a
way to make you restrict yourself
from eating them. Then they will
also turn around trying to sell you
supplements with same contents
you could have gotten from most
of your food!

Some people do need some
specific supplements to boost
their natural secretion of that
exact supplement, but people
abuse every thing that shows
up in the market today in the form
of supplements. Do your research,
do your body check, check in with
your doctor to determine what
exact supplements your body
might be lacking on and really
need, only then you can go
ahead and have it according
to prescription. Not whatever
you can but you out in your body!

compared the powerlifting
style of resistance training
=(heavy load, low reps, lots
of rest between sets; otherwise
called strength training) with
the traditional bodybuilding
-style training= (moderate load,
moderate reps, less rest
between sets) and found
that if the total training
volume was the same,
the muscle gains were
also the same.

Even endurance-based
training with lighter loads
and lots of reps can mean
gains, as long as you’re
achieving muscle fatigue
toward the end of the set.
Why?
Because the physiological
stressors that stimulate muscle
growth come from both high
tension which is heavy weights) and
metabolic stress which is Muscle fatigue).

How to know what
food to prioritise more
while being open to every

•Pay attention to every
food you eat and notice
how they’re affecting your
energy and mood at any
given time.
For example, if I have
a lot sweet sweet potatoes
at mid day, my insulin level
will spike and then crush
and as a result I will feel
dizzy and drowsy for
the next few hours.

It took me time to
notice before I made
the necessary change
around it which’s either
eating it very less portion
or eating it at night so it
won’t affect my daily productivity.

• Always look for Whole food,
Vitamins, high fibre, protein &
healthy fats. Prioritising those
will sustain you while occasionally
enjoying the less nutrient dense but
high caloric foods such as 🍔, 🍕, etc
