The alpine strawberry fields in Bali's mountainous Bedugul region are ripe for picking! Bali's local strawberries shine in our delicate mini mille-feuille canape. Mille-feuille is a classic French pastry, the name means literally "a thousand sheets", because of the many layers of crisp buttery puff pastry. The classic recipe uses custard, but we infuse our pastry cream with strawberries for a Balinese mountain twist. We're very proud of this one!
