Nearly 150 years after the beer began quenching America’s thirst, its company, Anheuser-Busch, revealed the five sort-of secret ingredients behind this American brew. The beer has relied on five ingredients such as water, barley malt, yeast, hops and rice. Though most of these ingredients are considered pretty standard, the least comes as a surprise and has caused the real stir among beer-enthusiasts.

Erdinger

Erdinger is named after the town where the beer is produced, Erding, Germany. Both the Weiss and Dunkel are Bavarian Purity Act beers which means that it follows Bavarian Purity Law.

In terms of taste, this beer owes its popularity to a smooth, drinkable nature. It has a flavor that can be noticed straight away, with the aforementioned notes of wheat and barley. Meanwhile, the irresistibly smooth texture ensures that it all goes down smoothly, leaving a mildly hoppy aftertaste. Approved!

Konig Ludwig Weissbier

The “beer of royal highness”, Konig Ludwig Weissbier, has also made it way to our home. Hailing from Upper Bavaria, Germany, the beer’s slogan refers to the brewery’s heritage which can be traced back through the Kingdom of Bavaria.

Bavarian breweries with their rich tradition are best known for their special competence in wheat beer, dark beer and the easy-drinkable “helles,” a refreshing beer with a pale color. Considered as the best local beer, Bir Bintang has always been a favorite amongst locals and foreigners due to the fact that this beer can be easily found all over Indonesia.

With its great light taste, the beer was awarded with many accolades, including winning a gold medal for Lager (Class 2) and Champion Beer for the lager category at the Brewing Industry International Awards (BIIA 2011) in London. The brand was also awarded as Top 50 Most Valuable Indonesian Brand 2013 by Brand Finance.

A week has passed, and we still can’t move on! The night was dope. Everybody sang, dance and had a lot of fun. It was a beautiful chaos, indeed, at Frozen Music Session.

Something exciting is coming this weekend!

Beer Garden by Brewers, partnering up with Frozen Air Mineral, is proud to present Frozen Music Session, on Saturday, November 18, 2017.

The night will feature acts under Rudolf Dethu Showbiz such as Geertruedy Sabatini, Leanna Rachel Music, Manja Official, One Bomb Theory, and the one and only Indonesian rockabilly pioneer, The Hydrant Bali.

It will also see the movie screening of The Hydrant’s European Tour, Trans-Europe Ramblers, also attended by the movie director, Erick Est, for a talk show prior to the movie screening.

Starting at 6 PM, it's a free entry, with 50 first attendees entitled to door prize vouchers and free drinks.
