The Santan Triple Stack Club Sandwich.
The Club Sandwich is a standard dish found on the menu in almost any decent Hotel or Resort internationally... however.. we do it better.
Ours is layered with avocado, cheese, bacon, chicken, lettuce, tomato, egg, and slathered with our special Santan honey mustard. All of this is contained within 3 layers of perfectly toasted brown bread and sliced into 2 halves instead of the usual 4. Accompanied by crispy chips and a smile 🙂

Our current cocktail menu!! We can also create your own personalised drinks. eg. Fresh juice and vodka combos, rum and coke, or go for something a bit adventurous!! Its all up to you!! :) Just ask our friendly bar staff :)

We grow our own herbs!! All our food is cooked in the most organic and natural way possible, without MSG, using only the highest quality ingredients and local produce. We also support our local vegetable suppliers for the freshest ingredients available! :)
