- cost is IDR500,000 so approx $50 aud - this can be paid AUD, Mastercard, Visa, cash & IDR (most other currencies are also accepted)
- Visas can also be done online but give yourself enough time to do this.
You can apply no more than 90 days and at least 14 working days before your intended day of departure.

This is FREE & is done online.
PLEASE NOTE there are banners with QR codes to do this in Denpasar airport after you collect your luggage but you will need wifi access or phone data… or line up to use a pc at the airport. It’s a bit tricky to complete so filling it out at home beforehand can save you a lot of time at the airport.
* note ~ you CAN put more then one traveller on this.
This can be done no more than 72-48hrs before your flight.

🔵🔵TOURIST LEVY/TAX 🔵🔵
As of 14 February 2024 you are required to pay a tourist tax on arrival.
The cost is 150,000rp (approx $15aud)
- You can pay at the airport on arrival or online via the website. The payment online is super fast and easy. Not a lot of detail required at all. Much better to do online via website or app. You then screen shot the QR code to show at Denpasar airport.

If you wish to pay at the airport on arrival, the booth/desk is directly opposite the Klook meeting place and Starbucks. It is very easy to miss.
**sidenote - none of us were checked at all, that’s 6 of us that arrived in March 2024 - it doesn’t seem very well policed? We had all paid online before the trip but at no stage did we have to show anything or got asked??
