D&C Dental Care.

Upon entering, there is a reception area immediately to the right, strategically placed below the stairs. This placement maximizes the use of space that is often underutilized or considered negative space, thereby optimizing the overall layout efficiency.

The waiting area is situated centrally in the layout, adjacent to the reception. This location was chosen to ensure privacy and comfort for patients, as it is shielded from the noise and high traffic outside the clinic. This placement provides a quieter, more relaxed environment for waiting patients.

Treatment Room is equipped with dental chairs and all necessary dental equipment for patient treatments, layout ensures easy access to the dental chair and provides ample space for the dentist and assistant to work.

At the far end of the floor plan, there is a restroom for patients and staff, located in the top-left corner for convenience and accessibility.

Adjacent to the restroom, there is a small storage or utility room that may contain supplies or cleaning equipment, another smaller space next to the storage room used for compressor and additional storage.

This layout ensures efficient workflow, optimal space use, and a comfortable, private environment for patients.
