The 9 Big Moves reflects the Vision of KIPP on the urban design and planning schemes in Reflecting the Indonesia National Identity; creating Sustainability Developments in Economy, Social, and Environment aspects; and planning Nusantara as a Smart, Modern, & International Standard City for Indonesia.
Big Moves 1-3: Reflect Nation Identity
Shaping the KIPP through the cosmological and national values.
Big Moves 4-6: Sustainability in Economy, Social, and Environment
Brings sustainable approaches to the development in preservation in ecology, creating a Forest City, and promote the Green Mobility concept.
Big Moves 7-9: Smart, Modern, and International Standard City
Develop a city with smart future-ready infrastructures and operational system through technology.

Area of Indonesia’s New Capital City Nusantara
Urban Design Development (UDD) for Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) Nusantara is the
continuation planning of "Nagara Rimba Nusa", the 1
st winner of Indonesia’s New Capital City
design competition in 2019. The design is collaboratively developed by Urban+ as part of IKN
Collaboration Team under the assignment of the Ministry of Public Works Republic of Indonesia.
Designed as a Smart Forest City, KIPP covers 6,671 ha area consists of 3 Sub- Planning Areas
(WP) namely 1A - Government Center, 1B - Education Center, and 1C - Wellness Center. The
urban structure was formed as an adaptation of the Nusantara’s Archipelago. The design is
inspired by nature, presents the forest landscape as foundation to preserve natural ecosystem.
KIPP is developed a future-ready city. Performance-based data driven was emphasized in the
design development using integrated ecosystem on modelling, visualization and urban
analytical tools for decision making.

[District East – Triniti Karawang]
The primary aim of District East is to establish a key feature within the development to enhance its overall value, catering to both commercial and residential areas while fostering a natural and green environment. A vibrant commercial and recreational zone is envisioned to serve as the development's landmark, attracting attention and activity. Meanwhile, the residential zone aims to create a tranquil, livable, and healthy environment. The District Lake, acting as the focal point of the development, offers a wide array of activities for the commercial zone, including alfresco dining and outdoor events. Simultaneously, it provides essential amenities such as jogging tracks and open spaces for residential use.

A residential master plan project at Parung Panjang, where sustainability and affordability meet each other.
Affordable small residential developments are usually not equipped with ample greens and facilities. Yet with a strong vision and collaborative work from the client and the consultants, this project managed to challenge that.
Maestria incorporates neighborhood park in each of the clusters, lake side community space and retail, as well as pedestrian green corridor connectivity across the development.
