Beasiswa Short Course - StuNed 2019 StuNed tidak hanya memberikan beasiswa untuk program master di Belanda. StuNed juga memberikan beasiswa untuk

1. 单硬脂酸甘油酯 Dān yìng zhī suān gānyóu zhǐ: Glycerol Monostearate is emulsifier. It is Halal only if it is obtained from plant fat or Halal certified fat.

2. 甘油 Gānyóu：Glycerin is a polyhydric alcohol (not ethyl alcohol) used as a humectant. It is made from fat either plant or animal.

3. 双甘油脂肪酸酯 Shuāng gānyóu zhīfáng suān zhǐ Diglycerides of Fatty Acids : Emulsifiers and Stabilizers - salts or Esters of Fatty Acids. If the fat source is from soy fat then it is Halal. If it is from pork fat then it is Haram. If it is from non zabiha beef then it is not Halal.

4. 食用酒精Shíyòng jiǔjīng：edible alcohol

5. 人造奶油 renzao naiyou：margarine product whose consitancy and application similar to butter. It is made by mixing milk, fat (either plant or animal) and artificial flavor to provide butter flavor.

6. 蒸馏单硬脂酸甘油酯 zhēng liú dān yìng zhī suān gān yóu zhǐ：Glycerol Monostearate is emulsifier. It is Halal only if it is obtained from plant fat or Halal certified fat.

7. 维生素 E weishengsu E ：a fat soluble vitamin E obtained either from plant or animal fat.

8. B 胡萝卜素 b-huluobosu：Beta Caroten is natural color obtained from plant but it is not sold as it is but carrier must be added for mixing purpose for dry products or liquid products. If vegetable oil or fish gelatin is added as carrier then it is considred as Halal beta carotene. A Halal symbol on food product conatining beta carotene indicate either vegetable oil or fish gelatin is added as a carrier. Pork gelatin may be used as a carrier for proper dispersion of Beta-Carotene.

9. 食用香精 Shiyong xiangjing：Edible essence halal if flavoring material is non meat but Halal certified and no alcohol is used as solvent. Not Halal if alcohol is used as a solvent. Not Halal if non zabiha beef is used as flavoring material.
