Currently, we only accept orders for profile espresso using a pre-order and also known with roast by order system. As for the types of espresso offered this time, we have divided them into two options. Namely single origin and also espresso blend.

Being the second coffee we have released from Central Java, this coffee from Petarangan Village comes with a Lactic Washed process. Coming with a quite elegant flavor composition, this coffee gives the impression of a quite pleasant taste experience.

The spectrum of white tea, followed by tropical fruit flavors, is enough to provide a smooth and pleasant sensation. Closed with a flower-like aftertaste, we think this coffee could be an option for your daily brewing line-up.

This coffee will be ready at our marketplace tomorrow morning at 10:00 am.

New Coffee Alert…

After several time we’re not roasting coffee from our local neighborhood, finally today we release it coffee from our local neighborhood.

Grown at Gunung Malang at 1450 masl, those coffee with two kind of classifications. Firstly came with Double Washed Process and secondly came with Yellow Honey Processes. Both of them has a unique characteristic of flavour and also different atribute.

And last but not least, one of them came with single variety which called Yellow Caturra. All of our coffee will be ready at our marketplace tomorrow morning, so go get’em as soon as possible. It’s very limited amount πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

This is the last week open for our store. Start from tomorrow we’ll close until 1st January 2024. But don’t worry, we just dropped our last bag from our production at our beloved partners. So you still can get our coffee through our partners.

As you know, last week we’re just crafted Mayangsari Natural as an espresso single origin at our shelves and our bar. But unfortunately this craft it’s already sold (count for today). Thank you for your warm welcome for Mayangsari Natural as espresso roast, but now you can try another profile from Mayangsari as a filter roast at our bar and our shelves.

At the beginning of this November, we made a little fundamental change to our day-to-day taste recipes at our bar. Not much changed from our previous basic recipes, just on our new recipe, just giving better taste results in transition to the 2023 coffee harvest we just released.

Just a little bit information, our store will close until 6th November 2023 because we have some ocassion at this week. We’ll see you again πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Talk about our espresso roast, we still looking up which the suitable for our daily routine at our bar. Even though we fall in love with single origin espresso πŸ˜„, we still looking the possibility to find a good composition for our espresso blend.

Last but not least, we have to inform that we still use Pre-Order system for our espresso, to keep the roasting as fresh as possible.

Begitulah proses pasca panen ini dinamakan. Proses fermentasi yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan dan di praktekkan di beberapa rekan prosesor di tanah air ini, menjadi alasan kuat dan merilis kopi dengan proses pasca panen secara bersamaan.

Hadir dengan membawa kopi dari Kamojang besutan dan Gunungbau besutan , kali ini kami berniat membagikan pengalaman ini kepada teman teman semua. Kedua kopi tersebut hadir dengan spektrum rasa yang cukup berbeda satu sama lain. Dimana Kamojang hadir dengan spektrum yang bulat dan diikuti dengan sweetness yang cukup tinggi, sedangkan Gunungbau hadir dengan sensasi acidity yang bright dan juga lebih juicy.

Kedua kopi tersebut sudah kami lakukan proses quality control secara berkala, dan nantinya kopi ini akan tersedia di etalase kami di kedai masing masing dengan kapasitas masing-masing 100gr.

Entering early October, we announced that we have the latest operating hours. Because we are aware of the existence of consistent operating hours for approximately 2 months. Starting tomorrow we will be open from 10:00 ~ 17:00 and also we will take the holiday and production schedule on Thursday.

Today we are back to our usual activities. It's nice that we can return to greet guests who come to visit our bar, either to buy coffee or just enjoy the dishes we have prepared in advance.

Today is our last day off, after approximately seven days off. Tomorrow we will return to activities behind the bar table to welcome guests and serve some of the coffee that we have prepared as a coffee selection next week.

Cupping it’s key protocols to make sure all our coffee is qualified, before it’s release to the public.

Not only to find about the perception notes, it’s also to evaluate our batch to batch and make a benchmarks to get the best cup of our coffee.

So, we suggest you to do the cupping protocol after you buy our craft, not just to find the taste, but also to find to best variable how you brew our coffee. Eventhough we still share our recipe (link on bio).

This week it’s the most busiest week for us, before we take a break for almost 7 day on next. After we do some quality control for our coffee, we decided that our last batch coffee from Gn. Talang is driven for omni roast.

Omni roast it’s new approach for us. Omni roast commonly known as a profile which can brew in espresso and also filter coffee. We decided omni roast profile for Gn. Talang, it’s because this coffee came with full washed process, and in our opinion full washed coffee it’s more suitable for omni roast because they more versatile and also came with low sugar content. So it’s make us more flexible to driven the profile.

We’ll serve Gn. Talang at our bar after we take a break for 7 day, so it will ready to serve at 9th July. So please come and visit us if you want to try our first omni roast profile.

Last but not least, we also restocking last bag of Belantih USDA. It come more juicier that the last batch πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

We just restocked our last batch coffee from 2022 crop, and also we preparing for the next jukebox which is for next month release.

Speaking of taste experiences, we realize that everyone will have different perceptions of taste. In this case, our task is to find the midpoint of how the perception of their respective tastes towards coffee so far. It is quite simple, but quite memorable for our guests who come to visit.

Because we are aware that the perception of taste can never be the same, and the easiest middle way (in our opinion so far) is to ask about it. And in the end it becomes our daily duty in dealing with customers or guests who come to visit.

Syriacus become one of our finest coffee with experimental process. We recognise that the experimental post-harvest process is already a massive thing today. Almost many coffee processing places carry out experimental post-harvest processes on their crops, with one of the goals being to provide experience to customers who will try later.

We’re very lucky that we have a chance to crafting this beautiful coffee from . If you stop around our place, we will recommend you to try this limited Syriacus from Semendo with Hermetically Sealed Wash processed.

One of our main concern besides roasting coffee is finding the ideal recipe for brewing the coffee we roasted earlier. Whether or not the number of variables that we change, will significantly affect the end result later. We do everything so that we can equate perception with guests who come to visit later.

Barusjahe became a release that was quite different from all the line ups. This is the first time we have re-released coffee with the Natural Anaerobic process since last year. Comes with two varieties, namely Abbysinia and Catimor, this coffee brings the impression of a fresh red fruit resembling raspberries and guava. And sweet intensity like a banana.

The good news is, this coffee can be secured (outside of the bundling edition) in a very limited amount.

So go get’em as soon as possible before its gone πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Jukebox is our latest release, the theme of bundling coffee containing two or more coffees in one package. The name Jukebox was inspired when we collected several songs which later became one into our daily playlist.

This time, we have Semendo Syriacus with Hermetically Sealed Wash 196hrs from and Barusjahe TanaKaro with Natural Anaerob processes from .co . In this one package, you will get a different experience and spectrum of each coffee character.

Due to the very limited availability especially for Semendo, we cannot release in sufficient quantities. So please grab it fast as soon as possible (online or offline purchasing) πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

One of the most important parts before we release a new coffee line up, is that we calibrate with the dripper that we usually use every day. Please be patient, because we are carefully preparing so that our line up is well qualified before arriving to our beloved customer.

Back to talking about our collection of coffee tools, in the previous post we told you that if guests who visit the bar we can freely try steeping from one of our tool collections.

The strongest reason is the taste experience. Because we ourselves also believe that one coffee brewed using a different tool, will give a different taste experience as well. So don't be shy to ask our officer what brewing tools you want to try. Once again experience is the key.

Just a reminder, tomorrow we’ll open lately than usual, because there are some coffees that must be roasted. A little sneak peak next month there will be the latest bundling edition.

Taking a day off once a week, is enough to refresh the conditions and situations at our bar. Between day off, we fill it by doing clean cleaning in our equipment, to be prepared the next day.

Finally after a while, we’re back to the espresso game. After sourcing and try some coffee as our beta project, finally we release our espresso series.

Our first espresso roast, we give code 00 as a hint that this time we use single origin coffee. Came up from East Java with full washed process, this coffee will give perception cup notes like orange and syrupy mouthfeel as black, and orange milk tea as white. Lucky of you this coffee is single variety coffee which is typica variety.

Because there is not much availability, for now we only release in 500gr and 1kg packaging. So grab it fast as soon as possible.
