Flavours of some dishes may come off slightly strong, but they’re still delicious. Particularly enjoyed the silver cod winter melon soup, beef sukiyaki chawanmushi & hanasaki crab porridge.

After few days of Japanese and European meals in SG. ‘Bout time for some local food.
First time trying ‘te kah bee hoon’ (braised pig trotter with rice vermicelli). Was pretty damn delicious, especially when paired with chilli padi 🌶️
Portions are meant for sharing though, so that’s way too much food for 2 🤭

*Burrata here never disappoints, as always 🧀
*Steaks have been consistent thus far - wagyu ribeye was charred on the outside, whilst tender on the inside (medium rare) 🥩
*Grilled Hamachi Collar was super tasty as well - meat was buttery and skin was crisp 🐟

Was hoping there were more choices of beef over at the deli counter, but majority was pork and seafood.
Good value for a pretty decent and quick European meal though 🥩🥗

Fresh XXL sweet sour crab & steamed fish 🦀🐟
Assam prawns were plumpy & juicy 🦐👍🏾
Beancurd stuffed with seafood was pretty tasty.
Sang har mee was a let down though - diluted gravy, and texture of the “freshwater” prawn wasn’t firm 🙄

Pretty good start and finish, while everything else in between were disappointing.
Figs & feta salad 👌🏾
Chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet 👌🏾
Claypot clams were fresh but broth was lack of taste.
Roasted chicken was okay, but I’d prefer a savoury sauce over gula melaka.
Wagyu flank was not charred outside, and tasted almost like boiled steak 👎🏾

Really enjoyed the springy texture of their handmade noodles, albeit they can do a little more with seasoning/ flavour.
