When we were first introduced to this project, the work has initially started but turn to hiatus because of certain issues. We notice several links were missed in between the vision, the concept and the ex*****on, thus less-solidifying projection of this place.

By the time we dive deeper into the work, we realized that this would be fun wave to surf on. Since we have to re-orchastrating many creatives aspect on the existing such the plan, the facade, the color and the details yet technically need to put concern on what is already served.

Nevertheless, during the process we gain stronger faith that this place will bring us joy of doing what we are doing. Make perfect fit and collaboration with our visioner clients and other team in charge has become our soul fuel. Being part of the dream and their life’s celebration is heart warming.

Currently, the place is few steps away for its opening.
And each of us getting even more excited to work full-heartedly before the launch.

NATAH ANTAKARA • Nearly Completion

After going through several commisioning tests thoroughly, the space is getting ready for its function, UMKM centre.

As seen from aerial view, we punctured several breath-able space in to the site to perform as juncture. As an interlude to create experience of distance, in order to make appropriate flow for customer’s traffic (every corner is reachable), air and light circulation.

Hope to see it’s helping our “special clients” very soon.

Weekend vibes 🍦

Beberapa hal dari hasil rancangan rumah dapat mempengaruhi mood, produktifitas, dan kenyamanan untuk pemilik rumah menjalani kegiatan sehari-hari., contoh kecilnya seperti :
Layout yang sesuai, dengan besaran yang sesuai, dan secara spesifik mengacu pada flow aktivitas dan kebutuhan penghuni rumah.

Maka dari itu, penting untuk arsitek dan klien mendiskusikan kebutuhan dari user / penghuni agar nantinya seluruh penghuni rumah dapat beraktivitas dengan nyaman.

Kali ini kami memulai Desember dengan mereview project yang pernah kami kerjakan.

Project ini adalah desain rumah untuk klien kami di Palu. Klien kami di project ini menginginkan rumahnya berkesan modern dan timeless.

Kami memilihkan bentuk bangunan yang lebih sederhana dan clean. Warna yang dipilih juga terkesan netral dan natural, cenderung monokromatik dengan kombinasi material kayu, agar menghadirkan kesan dingin di konteks daerah Palu yang panas.

Dengan kondisi Kota Palu yang memiliki sinar matahari berlimpah, facade bangunan kami desain permainan komposisi massa yang membentuk jatuhnya bayangan di beberapa area facade bangunan.

Pada setiap rancangan rumah tinggal, hasil rancangan kami biasanya akan sangat mengacu pada aktivitas, personality, kebutuhan dan budget Klien, sebagai user dan pemilik rumah.
