Terhitung sejak 1 Agustus 2015, warga Jakarta yang ingin mengurus Izin Mendirikan Bangunan untuk tempat tinggal tidak perlu menunggu lama lagi. Melalui Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP), Pemprov DKI memastikan akan memangkas waktu pengurusan IMB dari 2 minggu menjadi 1 hari saja.

Basuki Tjahaja Purnama juga mengingatkan warga untuk melapor apabila ada oknum yang memungut biaya, karena pengurusan IMB seharusnya gratis. Ini untuk memastikan birokrasi Jakarta lebih efisien dan tidak ada lagi yang petugas yang ‘bermain’ dengan perizinan.

An aerial and chiseled curve at the junction of two neighborhoods

A new reception building was delivered by the architecture firm HELLIN - SEBBAG for school for professional training in the building indutry. Located in a changing urban context, northwest of Montpellier, its facade shaped curve, makes the connection between the area of ​​the Paillade and the new eco-district "Pierre Vives" which develops around the Departmental records made by Zaha Hadid.

LIKE A PIECE OF A CITY
This building-signal, free and composite geometry, is the first milestone of a vast reconstruction and rehab project of the entire 4ha site, this school built in the 60s.

THREE DISTINCT geometric ELEMENTS
- The gray monolith consisting of a two-story building body, compact, aligned on the north-south grid of the site.
- The red triangle, front building of one level on stilts, metal structure that curves gently come to rest on the diagonal geometry of the street on which the "Pierres Vives" building line up.
- The triangular horizontal shade house, translucent metallic layer which protects both the building and the access court from the sun. A majestic metal frame reinforces the central axis of the high school.

A FRONT FACADE KINETIC TRANSLUCENT AND OPAQUE AT THE SAME TIME
Draped in a protective veil, she becomes its identity. This filter against the sun, the view and aggression, is made of a metal mesh made with harmonious folds, depending on the season, the day hours and their position in the curve, vibrates and makes light differently, leaving more or less reflected the red cladding.

PROGRAM

The entrance hall, the exhibition hall and multipurpose space, glazed on the landscaped courtyard and the premises of school life are on the ground floor.
On the first floor, office administration and local teachers are rolled around a triangular courtyard, skylights offering a private terrace reserved for staff.
The second floor houses the classrooms.

URBAN CLARIFICATION OF THE PLACE
The second phase will see the western half of high school redesigned with new buildings - CDI, internship, teaching building, sports facilities - arranged around a courtyard that will become the place of this piece of the city.
With this reception building, the architects immediately renew the brand image of Leonardo da Vinci Professions High School in its new urban context.
