ISO 14001 Nonconformity and Corrective Action (clause 10.2)

The inputs are similar with ISO 9001 in same clause. The one which is sligthly different that ISO 14001 needs the organization not only to react to the nonconformity, but also deal with the consequences, *including mitigating adverse environmental impacts*

So, even though the performance indicators are within tolerance limits, but show a decline which is detrimental to the environment, it would be better if we could react immediately.

Doing something to avoid adverse impacts can demonstrate a commitment to environmental preservation according to the objectives of ISO 14001.

All inputs illustrate all functions performance.
All inputs need all functions discussion during review.
Management review is not QA (generally) responsibility, but all functions leaders and top management. Even the name is "quality objectives" (no. 4 above), but it means the objectives which should be achieved by all related functions to monitor their *quality* performance. It could be scrap issue, OEE, attendance rate, accident rate, yield, inventory level, delivery, profit loss, material supply, etc. That are not only customer claim or internal rejection.

3. Paham dalam memilih teknik statistik, analisa grafik, kapan dapat menghitung kinerja proses, Ppk dan Cpk, bagaimana kalau proses tidak stabil...

Yuk gunakan statistik sebagai alat bantu improvement.... bukan sekedar persyaratan... yuk belajar bersama Simple System...
