When your client sent you a reference for the design but gave you a freedom to make something different with it 💜

It’s okay to let us know what you like and what you don’t like but please keep in mind that everything we make is all hand made. It’s 100% impossible to make them exactly the same.

I always feel like when the client trusts me, it’s always easier to decorate the cake and the result has always been better than expected.

However, when I’m under pressure to replicate a certain design, that level of stress would also be projected onto the cake. That’s why I will ALWAYS tell my client that the result will not be the same as reference (even if you sent our own photos!) I really don’t mind my clients backing out after I told them that. I refuse to let them be disappointed, and also myself ✨
