We didn’t want to leave!
We stayed in the on-site villa within the hotel. The villa itself is amazing. It has a large living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely private pool. The villa was very clean, spacious and modern. Our visit included afternoon tea and breakfast, both of which were served in the villa and were gorgeous. We also had drinks & food from room service which were equally as lovely.

The hotel’s location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. It also felt really safe in this hotel. We also got our laundry done and this service was quick and efficient.

Finally, the staff are what makes this hotel. They are so kind, welcoming and helpful. From check in to check out we were made to feel so comfortable and welcomed. Although all of the staff were amazing, we must mention Gale / Gali (not sure if that’s the spelling)the man at the desk with very good English, Jikwahh & all of the boys who carried our luggage for us. They all made our stay extra special and their level of customer service was exemplary.

More than amazing- a home away from home!
Amazing stay. The hospitality and customer service are way above the standard of 5* hotels. The hotel is housed within an art gallery and exudes local charm with greenery everywhere. The staff are very welcoming- we got a light foot massage and foot bath upon arrival, welcome drinks, daily fresh local fruits in the room, daily turndown service, and daily afternoon tea- all meals were served to our room complimentary. And they even include a daily bedtime story letter- a very cozy and nice touch!

The location is great- it is a short scoot from Ubud central away from the city noise and there are eateries, cafes and shops walking distance away (1-5min)
Highly recommend anyone going to Ubud to stay with Purana!
