April’s Sandwich of the Month is out... our own recipe for Philly Cheesesteak Burger made with local ingredients only. Freshly ground wagyu beef from Sumatra cooked up in a patty with grilled onion, bell peppers, button mushroom, pickled jalapeno and our own-made local cheese sauce on a toasted potato brioche. Taste it while you can.
Breakfast in a burger can be a messy affair, but that runny yolk is worth all the juggling. Get stuck in. We won’t watch.

It’s here. December’s Sandwich of the Month – Open Steak Sandwich – brings another brand new limited-time-only recipe to the menu. Pan seared Wagyu flank steak from next door on toasted sourdough by .artisanbakery ... with grainy mustard mayonnaise, rucola and watercress salad, caramelised onion, beef jus emulsion and pickled mushroom. Open wide.

Our version of Korean style Chicken Burger, made from crispy fried chicken glazed with Korean barbecue sauce, topped with microgreens, kimchi emulsion, marinated bean sprouts, and served on a toasted potato bun. 'Choose Your Own Dog' is a dish on our menu that takes you through to our butcher's shop next door and invites you to pick your favourite sausage. Then we turn it to a tasty dog with some homemade saurkraut, tomato ketchup, mustard and crispy sahallots on butter tasted bun. Simple.
August's Sandwich of the Month is here... Our version of the Tuna Melt, made with confit tuna dressed in mayonnaise, capers and herbs, heirloom tomatoes, pickled red onion, melted cheese and herbed salad served on open multigrain bread. Melt-in-your-mouth good. One month only.
Cubanos sarnies were made for on-the-go satisfaction. We think our version can give you some of that. Slow cooked pork shoulder, smoked ham, pickles, cheddar cheese, mustard & mayonnaise in press Cuban style bread.
Classic Beef Wellies, anyone? Sundays have a new Butcher’s Special that we make using Balinese beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelle and guanciale from our butcher’s next door … all wrapped up in flakey puff pastry, served with roasted vegetable and sauce bordelaise. Get it once a week, every week.
