When I was sitting in front of the Sphinx in Giza meditating, the word that kept coming to me was presence. We are so busy doing, creating, managing, running and we are not available to be in the moment most of the time. Presence. We probably disconnected from ourselves the moment we disconnected from nature, started to wear shoes, stay indoors and now, looking at this little screen we hold in our hands, which dominate us for long hours if we don't limit ourselves.
Presence comes from present, the gift of being alive enjoying each experience. Not partially living and spending most of the time as robots.
