Fitness Bootcamp Body Active Fitness designed to provide you with a unique fitness program that will help you become fit, lose weight and become healthy.
Our classes are run by qualified instructors and include a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high intensity aerobic activities. You will improve your stamina, endurance, flexibility, speed and fitness. What we do:

try to cut back on the sugars and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

Get ready for WEEK 2
Week one is now over and we are going into week 2, Each week we will push ourselves a little bit harder.
To achieve our goals we need to work on eating healthy, drinking plenty of water and keep exercising.
Also dont look at the scales until the 6 weeks are over, that way the 6 weeks are about getting healthy and fit, weightloss is a result of eating healthy and exercising.

Week 1 - THE GREAT FRIDGE CLEANOUT
Thats right, time to get rid of all those sweets and cakes in your fridge that you still have hanging around after Christmas.
You are going to be working hard to get that body into shape, its important that you look after what you put into your body.
So this weeks task is to get rid of all biscuits, chocolates, cakes and tins of sweets out of your house, even the one you have hidden in the back press :-)
Really start looking at what you are eating, replace them with lots of fruit and veg and you will really start to see and feel yourself get fitter.
