Over 90% of people in Ireland own or have access to a smartphone and almost a quarter own more than 5 connected devices.
Electronic devices and mobile phones are a distraction, sometimes distressing and stopping us from going to bed. I will be talking more in dept about this today in day 5 Technology, Phones & Wifi.
