As usual we have quality live music all weekend in The Fountain Bar. The fire will be on, pints will be flowing and our restaurant will be serving up some tasty specials:
Burrata of the Moment: Breaded Burrata in Panko Crumbs - served over mixed salad and our homemade pequillos sauce, topped off with a dash of basil oil.
Catch of the day: Pan-seared Fillet of John Dory - seared in basil butter and served with a duo of bell pepper coulis and red pepper curry foam.
Meat of the Moment: House Smoked Lamb Rack - Smoked in Burren wild herbs, served with roasted mini potatoes under a spiced lamb stock reduction.
